Ordering your Christmas meats is easy with Filco, but you may have one or two questions. Some of the most common queries are answered below, if you have any other questions please contact us here.

Can I choose which store to collect my order from?
Yes, as you progress through the checkout process you can choose a store. However there are a limited number of collection slots availabile at each store so you may have to choose a different store if all the slots are booked.

When will my order be delivered?
You will be asked to choose a delivery day and time as you progress through the online checkout. There are a limited number of delivery slots available, we will get in touch with you if there is a problem with your chosen time.

What happens if I am not available when you deliver?
We ask that you try and keep to your original delivery time but we understand things can change. If you need to change your delivery time please get in touch with us and we will do when we can to assist. If you are not available when we arrive at your delivery address we will return your goods to the store and will be in touch to arrange for you to collect them from the store. If we have a delivery slot available we may be able to rearrange a delivery.

What happens if I can't get to store to collect my goods because I am self-isolating?
If you have been asked to self-isolate please get in touch with us and we will try to help. Alternatively please give your order acknowledgement to someone who can collect your goods on your behalf.

What is the last day for Christmas orders?
We are able to accept online orders for delivery or collection until the end of 18th December 2020. After this point we will be unable to guarantee delivery or collection before 24th December 2020.

Can I order for collection or delivery after Christmas?
Yes, if you would like to place an order for collection only before New Year's Eve (31st December 2020) please order before midnight 29th December 2020. Any orders booked after this date cannot be guaranteed for collection  before New Year's Eve.

I ordered by mistake, can I cancel it?
We accept requests for cancellations until 14th December 2020. Unfortunately due to the lead times required when we place orders with the farm suppliers and the fresh nature of the products we cannot accept cancellations after this date.
